In 2022, I took over a struggling local business—a long-held dream and a major challenge. With support from family and friends, I worked tirelessly, seven days a week, to keep it afloat, making tough decisions and major changes to turn things around. Now in our second year, the business has completely transformed. A huge part of that success has been thanks to Vikki, who started as a customer using our infrared sauna and quickly became an invaluable part of the team. She visits the shop weekly to make sure everything we share is relevant and up to date, helping us maintain a strong and consistent social media presence.
